Flats and wedges
You would already know this; flats are the kinds of shoes which have no heel in them. The most common type of flats that are worn in a wedding are ballerina flats that are actually flats with a closed toe style which are similar to the type of shoes worn by ballet dancers. They are quite feminine and chic even though they have no heel height.
Wedges are they shoes which have a heel that extends from the back of the shoe to the ball of the shoe and lays flat on the ground. If you want to stay comfortable in your shoes without having to compromise on your heel height you can opt for these.
Open toe shoes
As the name suggests these are the types of shoes which are covered except for the toes. Peep toe shoes are a kind of open toe shoes which have a much narrower opening so only a few toes are visible. These shoes are available in a variety of heel heights and styles. They can also have an open back instead of a closed back. These shoes will show a peek of your gorgeous pedicure.
Closed toe shoes
These are just the opposite of open toe shoes. Here the front part of the shoe is covered so your toes won’t be visible. They are also available in a variety of styles. Pumps are the most common form of these shoes.
High sandals
These shoes show off a lot of your feet- the front, back and the sides. They usually also have a high heel.
Sling back shoes
These shoes are backless and they are held together with the help of a strap at the back. The straps can be elastic or buckled.
Boots
Many women prefer wearing boots to their wedding. Mid-length and ankle boots are the most common. Bots are perfect for an adventurous vibe.
