The registration fee costs through September 19, 2019, are $845 for members, $1,045 for non-members, $695 for first time Washington conference attendees, $350 for spouse or companion, and $250 for government/academia rate. You must pay for registration online and then see which block of rooms are available at the Grand Hyatt Washington for you to reserve. The cost of accommodations is not factored into the registration costs.
