Here's an antidote to mid-week malaise: a full line-up of cool and inspiring social change videos.

We'll start you off with our all-time video vault favorite, Playing For Change, which is back with a new video. Here's the backstory:

The Playing For Change Foundation is building a new music school in the Village of Kirina, Mali. Kirina is a village of musicians, some of whom can trace their musical ancestry back over 75 generations! In this very special episode West African music legend Baaba Maal and friends perform for the village elders in honor of the new "Playing For Life" music school that is just beginning construction.

And here's the video. Crank it up:

Next up, we have our ServiceNation partner After School All-Stars, with a video making their case:

We've told you about the YouTube Video Volunteers contest underway with anti-poverty leader One.org. Here's Entourage star Jeremy Piven to tell you more:

We love it when passionate people take action on behalf of important causes, and we love it even more when they put it on video. Example? How about Greenpeace USA and its campaign to get Trader Joe's to stop selling endangered fish.

And last but not least, we came across this video from our ServiceNation: Mission Serve partner Iraq & Afghanistan Veterans Of America. It's not new, but it's a great presentation of what they are all about.

Okay, that's enough. Go forth and create change (and video so we can run it here)!
