iParticipate Puts Service On Television: Clip Review (Part 1)
Subscribe to the Blog RSS FeedAre you ready to watch some wholesome TV...for work? We thought so, and we're here to help.
The Entertainment Industry Foundation's groundbreaking iParticipate campaign to promote service in our culture is weaving service ideas and themes into major shows across the broadcast networks this week. And we are collecting as many of the clips as we can (and putting them in this Playlist). So you can watch. At work. Enjoy.
In this installment we'll check in on ABC. And first up is Ugly Betty, promoting the UN Foundation's great "Nothing But Nets" campaign.
We've also got a great segment from Dancing With The Stars, which worked in a major shout-out to the amazing work being done by Habitat For Humanity.
And to top it all off, ABC produced a sweet PSA in which Kate Beckett from Castle asks fans to volunteer through ABC's service site, A Better Community.
EIF is also doing some nice video work. Check out their latest PSA, starring Morgan Freeman. And then....go back to work! Please?
